Vance Stephens

Vance is an incoming first-year Ph.D. student in the Higher Education program at Rutgers Graduate School of Education. He worked for ten years in various roles at Princeton University, primarily in admission and financial aid. His research interests lie in efforts to systematize equity, race and the liberal arts, and higher education leadership.
