Navi Kaur

    Operations Coordinator

    Navi Kaur serves as the Operations Coordinator for the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions and the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice. Navi graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education. 

    Just recently, Navi was a part of the School of Education at the College of New Jersey as a Program Coordinator for the Career and Community Studies Program that aided students with disabilities. Through her experience in education, Navi wants to advocate for others and empower them to succeed throughout academia. Navi also dearly admires creativity; she loves to read and write in her free time.
