Natascha Saunders
Natascha F. Saunders is a trailblazer in career development, serving as Associate Director and Executive Coach at Harvard Kennedy School and Program Director for the Certified Student Career Coach (CSCC) credential at PARWCC. As the visionary behind the CSCC program, she has set a recognized standard for career coaching excellence, now implemented across K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and organizations worldwide.
Natascha seamlessly integrates academic research, professional practice, and faith into her work. Her published research, including her dissertation-turned-book, The Thesis: Krumboltz, Career Decision-Making, and METCO, offers actionable insights for educators and policymakers, examining how environmental factors, learning experiences, and vocational theology shape career trajectories.
An accomplished educator, she has taught leadership and management courses at institutions such as Northeastern University, Trinity Washington University, and Cambridge College. Her expertise has garnered recognition from The New York Times, NPR, and ABC, and she was nominated for Northeastern University’s Teaching Excellence Award.
A first-generation college graduate and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Natascha earned the Black Youth & Theology Certificate from Princeton Theological Seminary. She is also an executive education alumna of Harvard Kennedy School and MIT Sloan School of Management, holding a BA, MS, MBA in Global Business and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Communication.
