Magy Georges

Magy Georges is a higher education professional with over a decade of experience working to support STEM education and promote equity at Rutgers University. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education, an MBA in Management Information Systems, and a B.A. in Psychology, which together reflect her interdisciplinary background. Her doctoral research explored the experiences of women in interdisciplinary engineering, contributing to ongoing conversations about inclusion in STEM. In her current role as Assistant Dean for Douglass Women in Science and Engineering, Magy helps guide program development, student research opportunities, and academic-industry collaborations aimed at supporting women in STEM fields.  Magy is passionate about creating learning environments where all students feel supported, valued, and encouraged to pursue their goals.
