Julian Vasquez Heilig

Julian Vasquez Heilig is an accomplished scholar and advocate for equity and social justice in education. He currently serves as the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Western Michigan University. Julian holds a Ph.D. in education policy and administration from Stanford University and has held faculty positions at several universities, including the University of Kentucky, University of Texas at Austin and California State University Sacramento. He is the author of numerous articles and book chapters on educational equity and social justice, and has been recognized for his contributions to the field with awards and honors from a range of organizations.
