Brandy Jones
Director for Programs and Communications
Brandy Jones serves as the Director for Programs and Communications for the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice and the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. In this capacity, Brandy supports the organization's goals of expanding scholarship and awareness on Minority Serving Institutions as well as enhancing equitable practices and fostering justice in higher education by managing all of the communications and programs for the Center and Proctor Institute. She is a native of Providence, Rhode Island and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (URI), where she obtained her B.A. in Sociology and Communications. Brandy obtained her M.S.Ed in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
