Andres Castro Samayoa

Andrés Castro Samayoa is an assistant professor of higher education at Boston College’s Lynch School of Education & Human Development and director for assessment and strategy (by courtesy) at the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. Born and raised in Merliot, El Salvador, his research examines equitable policies and institutional practices in postsecondary institutions within the United States, with a particular focus on Minority Serving Institutions.
