Senior Director for Operations, Finance, and Strategy
Carolyn Nalewajko serves as the Senior Director for Operations, Finance, and Strategy for the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice and the Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions. In her role, she manages the Center/Institute's budgets, finances, and day-to-day operations.
She is a native of Philadelphia, where she also earned her degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys her favorite role—being a mom to her two little girls.
